WealthOS provides educational and informational tools powered by artificial intelligence. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or outdated. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Eligible users may receive a free trial. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will begin and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, overload our infrastructure, scrape content at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
WealthOS and its content, trademarks, and software are the property of WealthOS. You retain ownership of data you submit. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or investment losses arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
