We collect information you provide directly — such as your name and email address when you create an account — and data needed to deliver our services, including portfolio holdings and questions you submit to the AI advisor. We also collect limited usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
You may create an account or sign in using your Google account. When you do, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us, and we use that information solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not request or access any other Google data — no Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your information is used to operate, maintain, and improve WealthOS; to process subscriptions and payments; to respond to your requests; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your financial data to train models shared with third parties.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — such as payment processors (Stripe), authentication providers (Supabase) and, when you choose to sign in with Google, Google — and infrastructure hosts, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms, or when required by law.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@financewisdom.tech.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to records we must retain for legal and compliance purposes.
WealthOS is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
